Like everything else at VJE, our very special set of services is aimed at making your life as comfortable as possible. We deliver the best right from the booking process and continue to deliver even after we hand you over the keys of your new home. Some of the services we offer by charging a nominal fee for the same:
Transportation :
We arrange pick-ups for you from the Mumbai or Pune Airport, and drop you to your home in any of our projects. If you need transport for a longer period we can also organize a car of your choice along with a well-trained driver.
Site Visits :
Complimentary pick-up and drop off from anywhere in Pune is available for those of you who have booked your home with us. If, however, you are still to book with us, you will have to pay a nominal charge that will be refunded to you once you finalize your booking.
In addition to the complimentary services, we offer, for a nominal charge:
Housekeeping :
If you spend extended periods away from your home, we can make your home coming much more pleasant through our housekeeping services that keep your home clean and all the necessary services up and running.
Maintenance :
In your absence, we can also take the responsibility of conducting periodic maintenance to ensure that your home is always well taken care of.
Bill Payment :
We ensure timely payment of all bills, taxes & other out-goings from your home on a regular basis in case you and your family were to be out of town for extended periods.
Rental/Leasing :
We can find the right tenant for your apartment, Complete legal formalities, arrange to collect the rent and deposit it on your account. Apart from this we ensure municipal/property tax payment, verification of bill payments including MSEB, Society bills, etc by the tenant. Check your apartment’s condition on lease expiry and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out at the tenant’s expense.
