" As you all know, Vilas Javdekar Eco Homes is one of the reputed builders in Pune real estate market. Recently, I purchased a 2BHK flat from them which is still under-construction. I had a very hassle free and pleasant experience of dealing with VJEH so far. Few points to validate my stand:
-The entire deal was in full white amount. No one even mentioned black / cash.
-I personally found the ratio of carpet to saleable area reasonable.
-Documentations were prepared efficiently and I did receive some other letters from them without even asking from them.
-I would like to especially comment on Ms. Ketaki Kasbekar for always making us feel at home and helping us in the entire process. Even when she was super-busy, she gave us all the answers with a smile.

“ I purchased one unit in Palash in year 2009 and since then we have been part of the Vilas Javdekar Eco homes family. It has been pleasure dealing with Javdekars for two reasons. Firstly the purchase process has been fair and transparent. Second and more important – the post purchase “after sales service” has been much above my expectation which was based on my past experience with the other promoters / builders. I booked flat in Palash 2e in March 2011.We got delighted with the services offered by Team Palash 2e.At the time of booking ,Team was very open to show which flats are booked and which flats are balance for booking which is normally not made open to customers.I wanted to have registration within 7 days along with approval from the bank for loan.The Palash Team took personal interest in getting 'YES' from the concerned bank.The registration also was on time with no fuss with government agencies and I need not have to wait outside registration offices.
