An open house at yashone hinjawadi

At VJ, we take efforts to reach out and connect with our home buyers. At the same time, we make sure there's enough transparency in every interaction, so that they feel assured about everything.
On 25th December 2019 we conducted an Open House for the home owners of A building of YashONE Hinjawadi. A similar Open House was then conducted exclusively for the home owners of B building of YashONE Hinjawadi on 5th January 2020.
The Open House was a truly special event because it was for the first time all the home buyers were coming together at the project site, since the launch day. The happiness on their faces to witness the site's progress was palpable.
While addressing various queries and questions of the home owners, Mr. Sarvesh Javdekar elaborated on the project's special features like Green Building, Water System and more. This was followed by a talk by the Project Manager Mr. Subhash Belgaonkar, where he spoke about project status and updates and various quality measures. The home owners were shown a detailed drone photoshoot of the project to understand the construction status.
Members from different departments of Team VJ interacted with the home owners and gave them vital information. Mr. Anand Pitre and Ms. Bhagyashree from the CRM and Customization Department gave insights about the various possibilities of indoor home customisation. Ms. Shweta Uplap from the Sales Team explained the Referral & Loyalty process and its benefits.
This was followed by a set of activities. Firstly, signatures of customers were taken to commence the society formation. After this, the home owners participated in bricklaying activity, which gave them a sense of immense pride. Renowned furniture brand Pepperfry showcased their various products, as the home owners would need to set up their dream homes in the near future.
The Open House concluded with a delicious lunch and a round of sugarcane juice for everyone. It was indeed a memorable event for all the home owners and members of Team VJ.
