As the lockdown continues, everyone has their own set of anxieties. For new homeowners, the biggest anxiety is the uncertainty about the construction and handing over of their recently booked home.

At VJ, we understand that the new members of the VJ Parivaar must be facing the same anxiety. To address their queries and give them a sense of confidence, Aditya Javdekar (CEO) and Sarvesh Javdekar (Technical Director) conducted a Webinar for residents of YashOne Wakad Central.

In a heart to heart conversation that lasted more than an hour and half, 162 families from YashOne Wakad Central participated in it. Mr. Aditya Javdekar addressed the gathering and updated them about the current scenario in real estate. He also assured them how team VJ is geared up to resume construction activities at the earliest, once the lockdown is lifted. The home owners were briefed about the construction.

They were also informed that Sarvesh Javdekar will be conducting webinars on different topics like project's solid waste management, water management, green building compliances and more.

The session concluded with Aditya Javdekar answering specific queries of home owners regarding parking allotment, registration, loans and payments.
