Home Inspect is a unique offering by VJ, where homes are inspected by a third-party, once the homes are ready for handover. This third-party is CQRA, a highly trusted organisation in this field, with high-level of expertise. A detailed audit report is prepared for every unit in a project that is ready for possession, by CQRA, for the convenience of the home owners.
Exclusive Preferred
Partnership and Service VJ home owners deserve more delights. This philosophy lays the foundation of our service- VJ First. It ensures preferential treatment for VJ home owners in different places and institutions, which in turn makes their life easier by eliminating the hassles of urgency, stress and anxiety. VJ First allows VJ home owners priority for admissions at specific schools, day care and healthcare institutes, based on the tie-ups in place with VJ. The idea is to give the home owners more reasons to be proud of, for owning a VJ home.
