Yet another special moment for Team VJ, as we handed over homes to the rightful owners of Prudentia Towers. It was truly a special moment as we welcomed the new members of VJ family.
The possession ceremony took place on 23rd February 2019 and was marked by a lot of excitement and happiness. Over 100 families were part of the handover ceremony that was carried out with proper rituals. What made it memorable; however, was the smiles people shared during this warm evening along with the fun games, photos and painting a wall together.
Our CEO, Mr. Aditya Javdekar and Technical Director Mr. Sarvesh Javdekar addressed the home owners about the journey of the project and the way ahead for Prudentia Towers as a community. Our partner, Mr. Sunil Kalamkar from Kalamkar Brothers shared his happiness on how Prudentia Towers has evolved to be one of the best residential towers in Wakad. The home owners also thanked VJ family members for building their home and making their dream a reality. One of our customers, Mr. Parag Borawake said, “I wanted to own a home in Pune. I have seen many properties and visited any builders, but the positive vibe I got from VJ is when I decided to book a project by Vilas Javdekar Developers.”
The amazing ceremony concluded with a memorable moment. Kids of our proud home owners gleefully cut a cake and celebrated the first event of the community together. The event ended with a delicious spread of food menu. It was great to see all our home owners enjoying dinner together and making the day, a memorable one.
