Yashwin 2.0 has been one of the most important projects in the journey of Vilas Javdekar Developers. On 16 November 2019, we proudly handed over the A building of Yashwin 2.0, located at Sus, to its proud residents. Comprising of 108 flats, Yashwin 2.0 is another landmark in the design journey of team VJ. The thoughtful homes of a building, now become a part of the Yashwin community at Sus.

The possession handover ceremony began with a heartfelt speech by both Mr. Sarvesh Javdkar and Mr. Aditya Javdekar. This was followed by felicitation of the VJ team members who worked on completing and delivering this project as per the promised time. The land owners and members of PMRDA were also felicitated for their support and guidance.

More than 700 people attended this grand event as the members of all the existing Yashwin buildings at Sus joined the celebrations. All the new home owners performed a gruh pooja of their home at A building. The event strengthened the bond shared by VJ with its home owners and welcomed new members to the VJ family.
