Building a team of more passionate and committed professionals

At VJ, we love what we do and every team member strives to deliver nothing but the best, every single time. As we set out to build this team, we launched Pune’s biggest recruitment drive in real estate.

On 11th October 2020, we launched this drive as a part of the people-first campaign. We proudly call it the VJ Talent Hunt. With openings in Sales, CRM, Accounts, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Purchase & Estimation, Pre-Sales, HR and other departments, the campaign aims to bring in more efficient, skilled and hardworking people into the organisation.

The idea is to bring together professionals who want to be a part of our philosophy of People-First and make a positive difference to real estate, Pune and Punekars.
